Position Purpose:

The Campus & LGU Strategic Partnership Lead/Supervisor is responsible for building, managing, and strengthening partnerships with academic institutions and Local Government Units (LGUs) to support volume hiring and employer branding initiatives for the Isabela site.

Job Requirements:

• Campus Engagement - Plan and execute campus activities such as career talks, job fairs, and on-site recruitment drives. Promote the company’s employer brand to students and fresh graduates.
• LGU Collaboration & Community Hiring - Partner with LGUs for local hiring initiatives, including community job caravans and livelihood programs. Align recruitment efforts with LGU employment programs and public employment services offices (PESO). Ensure compliance with local regulations and partnership agreements
• Talent Pipeline Development - Drive programs that prepare students for BPO careers (e.g., communication skills training, mock interviews, pre-screening initiatives). Support internship/OJT and graduate placement programs
• Stakeholder Management - Work closely with internal stakeholders (Operations, Recruitment, Training) to align hiring needs and timelines.
• Data Tracking & Reporting - Monitor KPIs such as applicant generation, conversion rates, and event ROI
• Team Leadership -  Supervise and guide sourcing specialists or coordinators assigned to campus and LGU initiatives.

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of solid sourcing experience, preferably with marketing experience, vendor management and partnerships
• College degree preferred
• Enthusiastic and demonstrated leadership skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Word and Excel and Power Point
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Strong ability to multitask
