We’re hiring a Lead Recruiting Partner to own and deliver critical hiring across Pagaya’s U.S. business - with a primary focus on our NYC-based teams.
This is a senior individual contributor role for a hands-on recruiter who thrives in high-growth environments, builds trusted partnerships with stakeholders, and delivers high-quality outcomes with speed and precision. You’ll play a key role in strengthening our talent foundation as Pagaya continues to scale, helping shape our future organization and elevating recruiting standards globally.
You’ll work across functions such as Go-to-Market, Product, Risk, Capital Markets, Finance, and G&A, managing full-cycle searches while also creating lift for the broader recruiting team through operational excellence, mentorship, and continuous process improvement.
At Pagaya, recruiters are seen as business partners - not order takers. You’ll be empowered to think critically, challenge assumptions, and drive data-backed hiring decisions that directly impact company performance.
Own and execute full-cycle recruiting for critical roles across Pagaya’s NYC-based and U.S. teams — including product, partnerships, credit, structured finance, and G&A positions.
Proactively build and maintain pipelines for key roles ahead of demand, anticipating business needs and enabling faster hiring cycles.
Develop and execute cross-departmental hiring strategies, collaborating across geographies (U.S. and Israel) to align talent priorities and elevate process consistency.
Train and advise hiring managers on recruiting best practices, interview calibration, and market dynamics.
Maintain Greenhouse data hygiene daily, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and accountability across all searches.
Influence and guide hiring stakeholders with confidence — providing clear recommendations on hiring decisions, market trends, and sourcing strategies.
Champion representation and inclusion by designing sourcing strategies that attract and high-potential diverse talent internally and externally.
Partner with Talent leadership to design and implement new tools, programs, and workflows that enhance efficiency and scalability across recruiting.
7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth, tech-enabled, or fintech environment.
Proven ability to source, recruit, and close candidates autonomously.
Track record of delivering high-quality hires while managing multiple client groups simultaneously.
Deep knowledge of the New York and U.S. talent markets, including compensation and competitive dynamics.
Hands-on expertise with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Strong business partnership skills - capable of challenging and influencing senior stakeholders thoughtfully and with data.
A self-starter who combines strategic thinking with strong execution and attention to detail.
Passion for learning, inclusion, and continuous improvement - aligned with Pagaya’s core values.
The pay ranges for New York-based hires are commensurate with candidate experience.
Pay ranges for candidates working in locations other than New York may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
