Position Purpose:

The Lead - Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading the daily recruitment efforts for a variety of positions to meet the increased business demand of the Company. The Lead works hand in hand with the Site Director, Director of Talent Acquisition, HR Manager, Operations and other Managers to insure that Everise recruitment related goals are met. The Lead is expected to implement various sourcing strategies to screen resumes, interview and manage candidates through the selection process. The Lead helps ensure that Everise is an employer of choice by developing partnerships in the community and raising awareness of the company and job opportunities

Job Requirements:

• Achieve recruitment goals by effectively managing a team of recruiters whose purpose is to develop a pool of qualified candidates to anticipate and fill open positions
• Ensure applicants are welcomed, assessed, interviewed and responded to in a timely, professional environment that makes them want to work for Everise
• Help create attract local programs that attract employees
• Oversee the center processes for recruitment
• Other duties and responsibilities assigned by management of the company

Qualifications:

• Three to Five years high volume recruitment experience preferably in a call center environment
• College degree preferred
• Enthusiastic and demonstrated leadership skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Word and Excel and Power Point
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Schedule flexibility
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong ability to multitask
• Ability to function in a fast paced environment
• Dependability regarding completion of assignments and attendance
