RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain and expand the enterprise supply chain evolution roadmap, ensuring clear milestones, critical dependencies, and alignment across supply chain teams on timelines and key decision points.
• Lead enterprise change management and enablement strategies, driving stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment, and organizational readiness for all evolution efforts.
• Translate strategic priorities into executable evolution initiatives by partnering with Strategy & Planning, Category Management, Operations, and Business Units. Ensure initiatives are properly scoped, sequenced, and resourced while supporting leadership in driving customer centric and enterprise focused behaviors.
• Sequence and integrate initiatives to maximize enterprise value and minimize disruption. Serve as the enterprise steward of evolution standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Establish and lead evolution governance, including decision rights, escalation paths, executive reporting, and governance forums. Ensure consistent application of evolution standards, methodologies, and controls across all initiatives.
• Develop and execute integrated communication and adoption plans in partnership with business and functional leaders, embedding clear change ownership and accountability throughout the organization.
• Monitor change adoption and effectiveness, adjusting interventions to reinforce sustained behavior and process changes across supply chain functions.
• Oversee training strategies and execution for new processes, systems, and ways of working. Ensure training materials and knowledge resources align with future state capabilities and coordinate delivery with functional leaders to promote continuous learning.
• Define and manage evolution performance metrics, milestones, and dashboards, tracking initiative progress, risks, dependencies, and benefits realization. Drive mitigation actions and ensure transparency and consistency of reporting across the evolution portfolio.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree required (supply chain management, logistics, industrial distribution, engineering, business, or other related field)
• Six (6) years relevant experience required, including at least two (2) years program management experience (preferred)
