Reporting to the Head of Strategic Partnerships, the Lead, Strategic Partnerships is responsible for the end-to-end ownership of our most strategic customer relationships in Hong Kong, ensuring multi-year growth, renewal health, and expansion across our portfolio.

Today, this role is pivotal in ensuring AIA maximises the value of our technology ecosystem, delivering innovative, data-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities

1) Strategy & Leadership 

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive, long-term account strategy for AIA in Hong Kong, ensuring alignment with their business objectives, digital transformation roadmap, and Amplify Health’s growth ambitions. 

  • Serve as the primary liaison between AIA stakeholders in market and internal cross-functional teams, including product development, data analytics, and technology, to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery of solutions. 

  • Identify and monitor relevant stakeholders across strategic accounts to establish new and maintain existing relationships. 

  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments to proactively adjust strategies and maintain competitive advantage. 

  • Build, lead, and coach a high-performing Key Account team, establishing career pathways and performance standards. 

 

2) Customer Health & Adoption 

  • Drive adoption and integration of Amplify Health’s offerings, ensuring solutions deliver measurable business value and operational efficiency in Hong Kong. Partner with Customer Success to remove friction and accelerate time-to-value. 

  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand product usage, introduce innovative capabilities, and address AIA’s evolving needs through consultative engagement. 

  • Standardize account plans (stakeholder maps, competitive positioning, whitespace analysis, success metrics). 

  • Translate complex technical solutions into clear business benefits for senior stakeholders, reinforcing Amplify Health’s value proposition. 

 

4) Relationship Management 

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with executive-level stakeholders within AIA in Hong Kong, positioning Amplify Health as a strategic partner. 

  • Serve as a trusted advisor by providing actionable insights on emerging industry trends, data-driven strategies, and technology innovations that support AIA’s objectives. 

  • Facilitate regular executive reviews and strategic planning sessions to ensure alignment and continuous improvement. 

 

5) Commercial & Performance Management 

  • Own and deliver revenue targets, growth metrics, and profitability objectives for the AIA account, ensuring sustainable business performance. Own ARR targets for strategic accounts: renewals, upsell, cross-sell, multi-product expansion, and pricing optimization. 

  • Lead commercial negotiations, structuring agreements that balance mutual value creation with compliance to internal governance and risk management standards. 

  • Track and report on account performance, leveraging data analytics to inform decision-making and optimize outcomes. Drive executive engagement and sponsor alignment (QBRs/EBRs), ensuring shared roadmap visibility and commitment to expansion. 

 

6) Governance & Compliance 

  • Ensure adherence to contract approvals, commercial policies, InfoSec requirements, and data privacy standards. 

  • Maintain deal review rigor and executive visibility for high-value, multi-year agreements. 

 

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Over 10+ years experience in enterprise account management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. 

  • Proven track record of managing large, complex accounts in SaaS/DaaS or technology-driven environments. 

  • Strong understanding of data analytics, cloud platforms, and digital transformation strategies. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology or related field; advanced degree (MBA) strongly preferred.
