【業務内容】

・マスターデータ運用管理業務全般（円滑な運用ならびに効率化や改善を推進）

・マスターデータ業務を理解し、自動化や効率化、標準化を推進する

・サプライチェーンの業務プロセスを理解し、様々なデータを取り扱い、それらの集計、分析から、業務改善提案などを行う

 【応募条件(必須要件)】

スキル

・英語（ビジネスレベル）

・MS Office全般が使いこなせる事

・Excel（関数、Pivotなど）

・ABC分析、原因分析、問題解決能力があること

マインド

・リーダーシップを持って積極的に業務改善や提案活動を行える

・気づきや改善につながる論理的思考

・チーム内外問わず、部門横断的にコミュニケーションが取れる方

・サプライチェーンや業界への理解

あれば尚良し

・ERPを利用したマスタデータ管理業務の経験

・VBA、Accessを使ってデータ分析や改善の業務経験

・Power BI等、BI Toolを使ってのレポート作成

・RPAツールを使っての自動化推進

・Lean Six Sigmaの知識

【Tasks】

・Master Data Operations Management (Ensuring smooth operations while promoting efficiency and improvement)

・Understand master data operations and drive automation, efficiency, and standardization.

・Understand supply chain business processes, handle various data, and perform tasks such as aggregating and analyzing that data to propose operational improvements.

 【Requirements for Application】

Technical skill:

• Business-level English
• Proficiency in MS Office in general
• Advanced Excel (functions, Pivot, etc.)
• ABC analysis, root cause analysis, and problem solving skills

Mindset:

• Able to proactively make business improvement and proposal activities with leadership skills
• Logical thinking that leads to insights and improvements
• Someone who can communicate effectively across departments, both within and outside their team
• Understanding of supply chain and industry

Plus

• Experience in master data management operations using ERP
• Experience in data analysis and improvement using VBA and Access
• Experience in Power BI
• Experience with RPA tools for automation
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma
