Eversource supports work-life balance by offering hybrid schedules for certain roles. Eligibility is based on job responsibilities, operational needs, nature of work and team dynamics. Role and Scope of Position:
• Will contribute in a multitude of ways, from architecting phenomenal systems, creating, and encouraging good software development practices engineering-wide, driving strategic technical improvements, and mentoring other engineers. A Lead Software Engineer is also responsible for developing, maintaining, and repairing company software for maximum efficiency and usability.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
