Fueling your passion
As a Lead Sales Specialist – Channel Sales, you are selling products and solutions through partners and distributors. You are supporting channel development, negotiating pricing frameworks, and customizing offerings within guidelines. You are collaborating with technical sales support, managing diverse client relationships, and leading initiatives to achieve sales targets across your region.
As a Lead Sales Specialist – Channel Sales, you are being responsible for:
Selling to or through partners and distributors, including channel development activities.
Handling technical products and systems with customization within guidelines.
Contributing to pricing frameworks and negotiating client-specific conditions.
Managing diverse client relationships and leading initiatives to achieve sales goals.
Cooperating with technical sales support to deliver successful outcomes.
Leading a department with large, estimated orders and focusing on medium-sized territories.
To be successful in this role you are:
Have a bachelor’s degree (or high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sales).
Have a minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Channel Sales.
Have strong oral and written communication skills.
Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead small teams.
Have proven analytical and organizational ability with effective problem-solving skills.
