Job Summary
Synechron is seeking an experienced Lead in Python to spearhead innovative projects leveraging emerging technologies such as blockchain, IoT, and AI. In this strategic role, you will lead development efforts, mentor team members, and evaluate new technology solutions to enhance business processes. You will collaborate across teams to align technology initiatives with organizational goals, drive technological advancements, and ensure project excellence. Software Requirements
Required Skills:
Strong proficiency in Python (version 3.6+) for developing scalable, high-performance applications
Deep understanding of software development lifecycle best practices and architecture patterns
Experience in designing and implementing solutions involving blockchain, AI, or IoT platforms
Familiarity with frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or relevant AI/ML tools (preferred)
Knowledge of API development and integration, using REST, gRPC, or similar protocols
Experience with version control systems such as Git
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying and managing applications
Preferred Skills:
Certifications in emerging technologies (e.g., blockchain certifications, AI, IoT)
Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
Exposure to data management and analytics tools related to IoT, AI, or blockchain projects
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

Lead the design, development, and deployment of projects utilizing emerging technologies such as blockchain, AI, and IoT
Mentor and guide team members to foster technical excellence and project success

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and technology standards
Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in emerging technologies and industry best practices
Initiate proof-of-concept and pilot projects to validate new solutions and drive innovation
Define and oversee technical architecture, standards, and best practices for projects
Support project delivery through code reviews, architectural guidance, and engineering best practices

Required: Python (version 3.6+), with strong coding, debugging, and performance tuning skills
Preferred: Exposure to other languages such as Java, C++, or JavaScript for integrated solutions
Frameworks & Libraries:
Preferred: AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
Preferred: Blockchain platforms such as Hyperledger, Ethereum SDKs
Preferred: IoT frameworks and SDKs for device management and data ingestion
Cloud & Infrastructure:
Required: Experience deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

DevOps & Automation:

Experience Requirements
5 to 8 years of experience in software development with a focus on emerging technologies
Proven leadership experience in project management and guiding technical teams
Demonstrated success in delivering solutions utilizing AI, blockchain, IoT, or related platforms
Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects
Prior experience in innovative or research-driven environments is advantageous
Day-to-Day Activities
Lead development and deployment of projects involving emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, or IoT
Mentor and support team members in adopting best practices and emerging tech standards
Collaborate with business and product teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
Conduct code reviews, architecture design, and performance optimization
Evaluate new tools, platforms, and frameworks for potential adoption
Support the prototyping and testing of innovative solutions in pilot or proof-of-concept phases
Keep abreast of industry trends and participate in relevant training, webinars, or workshops
Document system designs, project plans, and operational procedures
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Relevant certifications in AI, blockchain, IoT, or cloud technologies are a plus
Proven track record of leading innovative technology projects successfully
