Job Description

Creating and effectively managing the Project Schedule to ensure timely completion of the all-project 
milestones.


Working with Project Managers and Project Scheduler to perform monthly schedule updates and distributing it out to Development as well as Subcontractors/Vendors.


Working with local authorities having jurisdiction to plan all required inspections and approvals in a timely manner.


Leading the day-to-day site operations, overseeing not only the RangeWater Construction teammates but also all Subcontractors/Vendors to ensure a well-maintained job site.


Ensuring the General Requirements budget for the project is effectively allocated and tracked during the course of the project with the support of the Project Manager.

Working with the Project Manager in procurement of all Subcontracts and Purchase Orders, helping ensure a complete scope is established for the project (no gaps or overlaps).
Reviewing design documents and submittals thoroughly to ensure all required details are provided and 
coordinated amongst themselves.


Managing the three-phase quality control program for each feature of work:
▪ Pre-installation meeting
▪ First install verification
▪ Ongoing observations

Engaging manufacturers and AHJ, if applicable, in a proactive manner to ensure their requirements are incorporated into the process in time.

Working side-by-side with the Project Manager, and with consultation form Safety Manager, ensuring a safe work job site for not only RangeWater employees but all Subcontractors and general public.


Leading by example, upholding RangeWater’s integrity standards and strong reputation at all times.


Extreme collaboration with Project Managers.

Management and mentorship of Project Superintendents and Project Coordinators.

Developing and maintaining key subcontractor and design consultant relationships.


Open partnership with Development Managers and Development Construction Managers in proactively resolving Project’s challenges.


Ability to effectively plan the work and establish the operating rhythm for the Project Team.


Must be able to meet predictable attendance and punctuality expectations and physical demands of the position complying with RangeWater’s policies and performance expectations.

Follows established policies and procedures by monitoring and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, organizational standards, and operational processes related to area(s) of responsibility and reporting violations or infractions to appropriate individual(s).


Practices proper safety techniques in accordance with Company, property, and departmental policies, procedures, and standards by immediately reporting any mechanical or electrical equipment malfunctions, employee/visitor/resident injuries or accidents, or other safety issues to appropriate individual(s).

Identifies areas for improvement and offers suggestions to improve the property's efficiency, profitability, and productivity.


Keeps abreast of current changes in technology, leasing and sales tools, processes, and standards within the industry and area(s) of responsibility by attending internal and external training programs and by accessing other sources of information, and applies knowledge and practices to area(s) of responsibility.
