We’re looking for skilled professionals who are passionate about precision and innovation to support Boeing’s Patriot Advanced Capability-3 (PAC-3) seeker program - an integral part of the world’s most advanced air defense system.
Position Responsibilities:
Provides program management leadership in support of program managers, business, and engineering functions
Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
Establishes program operating rhythm, organizational construct, processes, and command media
Acquires resources for projects and processes and leads process improvements
Responsible for effective performance metrics to track employee performance and program level progress in technical, cost, and schedule requirements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
Support business growth ensuring proposals and program plans are fully integrated and resourced to execute successfully
Establishes Program Management Best Practices (PMBP) program goals and establishes a PMBP improvement plan
Ensures assigned individuals are executing the identified and assigned tasks and providing appropriate tracking and reporting per plan
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
5+ years’ experience leadership, management and employee development
3+ years’ experience in Quality, RCCAs, Nonconformance management, Auditing, and Operations/manufacturing processes
Experience with RIO (Risk, Issues, and Opportunities) in project planning
Experience preparing executive-level briefings
Experience working with MS Office Suite, such as Word, Excel, and MS Project
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Experience in applying Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology and analysis
Experience supporting the PAC-3 program
Conflict of Interest:

Work Location:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Travel:
Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Summary pay range: USD $118,150 – $159,850
