Reimagine What’s Possible
We have an immediate opening for Lead Production Technicians at our Net Zero Hydrogen and Energy Complex (ENZHEC) facility in Edmonton, AB. The Lead Production Technician is responsible for operating, monitoring, troubleshooting, and participation in the maintenance of the facility equipment. ENZHEC is a complex plant incorporating three distinct operating areas: Air Separation and Hydrogen Liquefaction (cryogenic processes), Hydrogen Production (autothermal reforming with carbon dioxide capture), and Power and Utilities (including a steam turbine and combined cycle hydrogen-fired gas turbines).
Our Lead Production Technicians work on one of four (4) ten-person shift teams and are assigned to one of nine (9) positions within the factory. The tenth position on a shift team is the Lead Technician, who oversees production activities across the entire factory. Production Technicians are cross trained to allow work in multiple positions. A single shift is twelve (12) hours long and a set of shifts (up to 7 consecutive shifts depending upon schedule) involves working both dayshift and night shift.
