Experience:
· Minimum of 10 years of experience in the software industry
· Mature experience in working in agile teams using modern technologies in back-end dev, databases &
DevOps.
· Adopt new technologies and concepts quickly and should always be interested in new upcoming tools and
languages.
· Experience acting as a team leader for developers, including supervisory responsibilities.
Tasks and responsibilities:
· Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.
· Collaborate with the developers and other team members to establish objectives and design functional,
cohesive code.
· Deep knowledge of architectural and design patterns for business tier web development
· Experience performing code reviews and providing technical guidance and mentoring.
· Development of the backend services using Java, Spring boot
· Development and fine-tuning of SQL Queries
· Development of the front end applicaiton using latest versions of Angular or React · Developing according to best practices and architecture defined the Architect Community · Take a proactive role during backlog-refinement (grooming) sessions on solutions for the requested requirements. · Solving incidents. · Analyze and improve performance. · Create documentation where appropriate. · Planning and reporting on progress in accordance with Agile/SCRUM · Work together with the front-end/back-end developers within the SCRUM teams. Proven experience, a mix of: · Java 17+ · Spring Boot · Angular 17+ · OOP and Design Patterns · Microservices Architecture · ANSI SQL for Oracle or MySQL · Docker · Amazon AWS Stack (ECS, Lambda, S3, KMS, Secret Manager etc.) · Unit and Integration Test frameworks · Debugging skills
Nice-to-have experience in:
· Linux
· Kubernetes
· Other Agile methods: Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, SAFe
· Atlassian Stack (BitBucket, SonarQube, Confluence, JIRA, Bamboo)
· GitHub Co-Pilot or similar
