Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in product marketing, with at least 2 years focused on launching new products.
• Proven experience applying startup-style marketing techniques in large organizations.
• Skills:
· Agency Partnership Management: Proven experience collaborating with external agencies to support hiring and marketing initiatives.
· Marketing Strategy & Tactics: Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, campaign execution, and audience targeting.
· Guerrilla & Local Marketing: Hands-on experience with non-traditional marketing approaches, including local market activations.
· Event Marketing: Planned and executed events to drive awareness, engagement, and candidate or customer interest.
· Store & On‑Site Activations: Led in‑store and on‑location activations to increase visibility, traffic, and brand presence.
