Role Overview 

We’re looking for an junior AI Product Marketing Manager to join our PMM team and help shape how the world discovers and understands Glance’s AI product platform. You’ll work closely with a Senior AI PMM across all three pillars of our product marketing function: internal communications, on-app messaging, and external brand positioning. 

This is a high-impact role where you’ll contribute to everything from messaging architecture and launch execution to competitive intelligence and thought leadership content. If you’re excited about the intersection of AI, consumer tech, and commerce  and want to help define a new product category — this role is for you. 

What You’ll Do 

1. Internal Communications & Launch Execution 

  • Support the creation and maintenance of the core messaging architecture, including positioning docs, elevator pitches, and persona-specific messaging frameworks 
  • Help build and maintain the launch calendar, tracking milestones, cross-functional dependencies, across product releases 
  • Draft GTM playbook content for feature launches: messaging briefs, channel plans, timeline documents, and post-launch retrospectives 
  • Draft and maintain the product  narrative document — ensuring it stays current for pitch decks, social campaigns, and internal socialization 

2. On-App Communications & UX Copy 

  • Contribute to user flow decisions, ensuring in-app comms clearly communicates positioning  
  • Write and iterate on onboarding flow copy  and asset variants for A/B testing, with a focus on resonating with the core demographic 
  • Build and maintain the microcopy library across all product screens, prioritizing high-friction touchpoints 
  • Support value proposition testing: design test variants, document results, and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations 
  • Draft UX copy for the conversational commerce experience, including chat flow scripts, recommendation prompts, and checkout nudges 
  • Create engagement and re-engagement campaigns targeting the churned user segment 

3. External Communications & Brand Positioning 

  • Help execute the website messaging refresh, drafting hero copy, product page content that tie in to the agentic commerce narrative 
  • Support the LinkedIn thought leadership program: draft post narratives and manage the content calendar for executive social presence 
  • Prepare press release drafts using the standardized template, incorporating approved stats, partnership angles and executive quotes 
  • Research and draft case study content for brand partner and OEM partnership stories 
  • Contribute to the “Agentic Commerce” category creation efforts: blog posts, whitepaper sections, and conference speaking abstracts 
  • Support community building initiatives across Substack, Reddit, and social channels with content drafts and engagement strategies 
  • Manage ASO (App Store Optimization) assets: screenshots, descriptions, keyword research, and review response automation across device variants 

4. Cross-Cutting Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate with Product, Design, Engineering, Growth, and BD teams to gather inputs and ensure messaging accuracy across all touchpoints 
  • Translate complex technical concepts (multi-agent AI, personalization pipelines, agentic workflows) into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences 
  • Conduct lightweight user research synthesis: pull insights from existing research repositories and surface patterns relevant to messaging decisions 

What We’re Looking For 

Must-Have Qualifications 

  • 4-5 years of experience in product marketing or a related role at a consumer tech, e-commerce, or SaaS company 
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills — you can turn technical features into human-centric narratives that resonate with non-technical audiences 
  • Experience creating marketing collateral: positioning docs, one-pagers, pitch decks, blog posts, or social media content 
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering teams in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment 
  • Analytical mindset: you’re comfortable with data, can read a funnel, and use insights to inform messaging decisions 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) 

Nice-to-Have Qualifications 

  • Experience in AI/ML product marketing or working with AI-powered consumer products 
  • Familiarity with ASO (App Store Optimization), including keyword research, screenshot design briefs, and review management 
  • Exposure to competitive intelligence tools (Similarweb, Sensor Tower, G2) or positioning frameworks  
  • Basic familiarity with design tools (Figma, Canva) for creating visual briefs and light asset production
