Role Overview
We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive expansion of Gen’s Reputation Line of Business, spanning international markets, additional brand integrations in the US, and external partners.
This role owns the platform strategy and capability roadmap for reputation-related products that serve multiple brands, including Reputation Defender, Norton, Avast, LifeLock, MoneyLion, and select third-party partners. The focus is on delivering a combination of globally available core capabilities and market-specific localized experiences, rather than replicating a single product or US-centric solution.
You will work closely with product managers responsible for individual brands, as well as engineering, design, legal, compliance, marketing, and partners, to integrate reputation, identity, and financial risk capabilities in ways that meet local customer needs, regulatory requirements, and trust expectations. This is a high-impact, cross-functional platform role that requires strong product leadership, global perspective, and the ability to influence across teams without direct authority.
Key Responsibilities
Reputation Line of Business Strategy
- Define and own the platform strategy and roadmap for the Reputation Line of Business, aligned with Gen’s broader Identity and Reputation vision.
- Establish a clear approach for delivering globally consistent reputation and identity capabilities alongside localized, market-specific features.
- Identify opportunities to integrate identity theft protection and financial risk signals into reputation experiences, recognizing reputation as a combination of digital presence, identity integrity, and financial standing.
Global and Market-Specific Experience Development
- Partner with regional and in-market teams to understand local reputation risks, including identity theft patterns, financial fraud, and culturally specific trust signals.
- Design and deliver localized reputation management experiences that encompass digital reputation, identity protection, and financial reputation, such as credit standing and fraud exposure.
- Ensure localization extends beyond language to include workflows, features, data sources, and value propositions relevant to each market.
- Incorporate local identity systems, credit frameworks, and financial risk indicators into customer-facing experiences where appropriate.
Platform and Capability Ownership
- Own shared reputation capabilities such as monitoring, scoring, sentiment analysis, alerts, identity and financial risk signals, and remediation workflows.
- Define platform requirements, APIs, and integration patterns that enable brands and external partners to embed reputation and identity capabilities into their products.
- Ensure the platform supports scalability, configurability, and brand differentiation across regions and use cases.
Brand and Partner Collaboration
- Work closely with product managers for Reputation Defender, Norton, Avast, and LifeLock to integrate reputation capabilities into brand-specific experiences.
- Support integrations with MoneyLion and external partners where reputation, identity, and financial insights enhance customer value.
- Align stakeholders across brands, regions, and partners around shared priorities, delivery plans, and success metrics.
Execution and Delivery
- Translate strategy into clear product requirements, milestones, and execution plans.
- Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, design, legal, compliance, marketing, and operations.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs related to regulation, data access, financial systems, and customer trust.
Qualifications and Experience
Required
- 8 or more years of product management experience, including ownership of platform or capability-based products.
- Demonstrated experience delivering products across multiple markets, regions, brands, or partners.
- Proven ability to build localized experiences rather than deploying one-size-fits-all solutions.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills and ability to influence without direct authority.
- Experience collaborating with brand product teams and external partners.
Strongly Preferred
- Experience in reputation management, identity protection, fraud prevention, fintech, trust and safety, or privacy-related domains.
- Familiarity with global regulatory, identity, and financial data environments.
- Experience with platform services, APIs, and configurable product architectures.
- Background working in multi-brand, platform-led, or partner-driven ecosystems.
What Success Looks Like
- Reputation capabilities are successfully expanded internationally and across additional Gen brands and partners.
- Products demonstrate strong local relevance, regulatory alignment, and customer trust.
- Reputation, identity, and financial risk signals work together to deliver differentiated and meaningful customer value.
- Brand teams and partners can efficiently deliver reputation experiences using shared platform capabilities.
- Gen strengthens its position as a global leader in reputation management.
