We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager to join our Barcelona team and drive our Discovery & Translational Science solutions. In this role, you’ll combine deep market understanding with user insights to shape innovative, data-driven products that address real-world challenges in Life Sciences and Healthcare.
You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our Discovery solutions, influencing strategic decisions, leading high-impact projects, and defining the roadmap for cutting-edge products within a global organization.
You’ll collaborate closely with the Sr Director to define and execute product strategy, integrating customer feedback and market insights while aligning with organizational goals. You’ll also oversee successful product launches and drive market adoption.
About You – Experience, Education, Skills, and Accomplishments
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Systems Biology, Computational Biology, or Bioinformatics.
- 10+ years of product management or relevant experience.
- 5+ years of experience working in a global, matrixed, and virtual environment with cross-cultural teams or clients.
- Proven experience interpreting and utilizing quantitative and qualitative usage metrics and feedback to drive product improvements and prioritization.
- Hands-on experience collaborating with development and UX teams using Agile methodologies to deliver efficient product development.

- Experience working with data/BI/SaaS product suites and AI-driven solutions.
- Ability to articulate product vision and strategy to diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscape within life sciences technology.
- Demonstrated approach to prioritizing product features based on business impact and customer needs.
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams and driving alignment without direct authority.
What Will You Be Doing in This Role?
- Manage existing products in the Discovery portfolio by integrating customer needs and feedback with product development priorities.
- Research and articulate the market, user, and competitive environment, and collaborate with Customer Care, Pre-Sales, Solution Analysts, and UX Design teams to create solutions that meet customer needs.
- Develop product roadmaps and educate internal stakeholders (e.g., sales and marketing) on existing platforms and new product opportunities.
- Work with Technology to review and prioritize product specifications, define delivery timelines aligned with milestones and budget, and drive projects forward with confidence and expertise.
- Set objectives and key results (OKRs) for the team with guidance from your lead.
- Track product adoption and usage.
- Partner with Go-To-Market, Sales (e.g., Product Sales and Account Managers), and Marketing teams.
- Respond to questions and requests from company-wide stakeholders, including Customer Care, Training, Pre-Sales, Customer Success Teams, and Sales teams.
About The Team
- The Lead Product Manager, Discovery solutions will be part of the Life Sciences and Healthcare R&D team and report to the Senior Product Director based in Barcelona, Spain.

Hours of Work
This is a permanent full-time position at 40 hours a week (35 hours during July and August). The position is hybrid, with 2–3 days per week in our Barcelona office (next to Sagrada Familia).
