We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to guide the future of our HRIS integrations and our public API platform, which customers and partners use to connect Lattice to the tools they rely on every day. You’ll join a fully staffed engineering team ready to execute, and together, you’ll create the foundations that make Lattice a more open, flexible ecosystem and help customers work the way they want to.

The estimated annual cash salary for this role is CAD $135,000 - $180,000. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans.
