As a Lead Product Manager, you will be a key driver of our Integrated Health strategy, shaping and delivering seamless, patient-centered experiences across the enterprise. This role is responsible for defining and executing integrated solutions that connect care delivery, pharmacy, home health, and insurance into a cohesive ecosystem, ultimately improving outcomes, reducing friction, and creating measurable value for patients and the organization.
You will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from strategic vision and concept development to pilot execution and scaled deployment. A critical component of this role is designing and running test-and-learn initiatives and pilots that validate new experience models, leveraging data-driven insights to inform enterprise adoption. Success will require deep collaboration with business units across Primary Care, Home Health, Pharmacy, and Insurance, ensuring alignment with clinical, operational, and financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Define and champion the integrated health product vision, aligning with enterprise priorities and patient experience goals.
Product Development: Lead ideation, design, and development of integrated solutions that span multiple business units and care settings.
Innovation & Experimentation: Design and execute pilots and test-and-learn programs to validate new experience models, measure impact, and inform scale decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with clinical, operational, and technology teams to ensure solutions meet patient needs and deliver measurable value.
Performance Monitoring: Track solution performance post-launch, leveraging feedback and analytics to optimize experiences and outcomes.
Executive Influence: Advise senior leadership on integrated experience strategies, providing insights that shape enterprise decision-making.
Customer-Centric Approach: Ensure solutions are grounded in patient insights and deliver tangible improvements in access, engagement, and satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Previous experience in healthcare industry, preferably in the managed care or provider sector
A minimum of two years experience applying Human Centered Design processes
A minimum of three years product management experience
Experience in building out and managing frameworks
Excellent in building and cultivating relationships with key business partners and stakeholders across organizational levels
Solid research, analytical, critical thinking and creative problem solving skills
Ability to interpret the needs of the organization and communicate actionable insights through analytics
Highly collaborative, flexible, team oriented working style
Structured and logical thinking; ability to identify and assess business problems and then develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks to conduct analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Public Health or MBA or requisite experiences.
Data curious approach to work with the proven ability to synthesize and summarize complex and/or voluminous content into clear, concise and actionable communications
