Our Impact:

  • Define and execute the product roadmap for borrower credit and capacity, driving digital transformation in the mortgage space
  • Deliver successful product releases through market research, development capabilities and go-to-market strategies
  • Support our customers and partners to drive widespread adoption of our products

Your Impact:

  • Shape and enhance product roadmap by leveraging your industry expertise to identify new opportunities, inform feature prioritization, and ensure solutions fit market needs.
  • Draft and refine feature requirements in partnership with internal stakeholders, ensuring clear specifications that align with policy and product goals.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of feature delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, serving as a direct point of contact for product support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years related experience
  • Experience in the mortgage industry and/or product management preferred
  • Ability to create presentations to leadership for product deliverables using MS Office; must have advanced PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to draft product requirements for various audiences

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $154,000 - $230,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
