Build the future of how partners do business with us by shaping the products, platforms, and experiences behind AT&T's indirect channels. You'll own product enablement across Agents, VARs, MSPs, and SIs - translating real-world friction into engineering-ready solutions that simplify ordering, provisioning, and Day 2 operations. This is where strategy meets execution, and where your work directly accelerates our path to becoming the easiest carrier for partners to do business with.
In this role, you'll lead product enablement and readiness efforts that scales AT&T's indirect channel revenue across Agents, VARs, MSPs, SIs, Wholesale, and Alliance partners. You'll translate partner friction and field insights into engineering-ready requirements, define channel-specific buy-flows, and drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Sales, Commercialization, and Engineering to deliver solutions that simplify ordering, provisioning, and Day 2 operations. Your work will directly influence partner adoption, deal velocity, first-time-right activation, and the shift toward API-first, self-service partner experiences across Mobility, Fixed Wireless, IoT, SD-WAN, Cloud Voice, and beyond. You'll own Go/No-Go authority for partner-facing launches, build business cases tied to revenue impact, and ensure every product hits the market partner-ready from day one - directly supporting AT&T's mission to double indirect revenue and become the easiest carrier for partners to do business with.

Own product enablement for assigned partner segment
Define program eligibility, rules of engagement (ROE), and access enablement criteria
Design channel-specific buy-flows and partner onboarding journeys
Ensure products are partner-ready at launch: packaging, pricing logic, eligibility rules, tech readiness
Own Go/No-Go authority for partner-facing product launches
Certify co-sell readiness and enforce launch readiness checkpoints
Coordinate cross-BU handoffs across Product, Commercialization, and Sales
Map partner journeys end-to-end; identify and quantify friction across the indirect lifecycle

Write requirements for portal, API, and transaction flow improvements (ASF)
Drive self-service adoption and API-first design across partner-facing platforms
Reduce manual workarounds through automation of ordering, pricing, and provisioning
Own system behavior governance for assigned partner workflows
Operate in a fast-paced, sprint-based cadence; deliver prioritized backlogs each PI
Detect friction patterns (provisioning failures, billing errors, MACD fallout) and act decisively
Drive first-time-right activation and reduce cycle times across ordering and support
Provide rapid product input on escalations and ad-hoc indirect decisions
You will partner with Principal PMs who own segment strategy, and collaborate daily with peer Leads in Enablement, Readiness, Support, and Sustainability
The ability to translate complex partner pain points into structured requirements, business cases, and scalable solutions that drive measurable revenue impact
A cross-functional leadership style — comfortable influencing and driving alignment across Product, Sales, Commercialization, and Engineering without positional authority
A data-driven approach to decision-making, using metrics like partner adoption, deal velocity, activation accuracy, and automation success rates to prioritize and validate your work
A bias toward automation and self-service — always looking to replace manual workarounds with API-first, platform-driven experiences that scale across partner segments
The instinct to bring structure where there is none — turning ambiguity into prioritized backlogs, sprint-ready workstreams, and clear traceability from business need to delivery
A builder's mindset that treats friction as an engineering problem, not a complaint — with the conviction and urgency to ship the fix
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field desired; five or more years of product management experience in telecom, SaaS, or B2B channel/partner environments
Deep understanding of indirect business models — VAR, MSP, SI, wholesale/resale, agent, and alliance channels — with hands-on experience managing the partner lifecycle from onboarding through billing and MACD
Proven track record writing PRDs, product specifications, and engineering-ready requirements that ship, with strong knowledge of wireline, wireless, and value-added product portfolios
Proficiency with CRM/CPQ platforms (Salesforce), portal ecosystems, and API-first product design, combined with experience operating in SAFe, Agile, or PI planning cadences at enterprise scale
Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Sales, Commercialization, and Engineering — translating partner friction and field insights into prioritized, actionable product backlogs with strategic autonomy
