The Lead Product Management and Development role owns the end-to-end lifecycle of platform-led, hyperscaler-integrated, and partner-enabled products. This role is accountable for innovation intake, technical evaluation, product development, commercialization, and scalable delivery.
The position ensures all joint product offers and platform initiatives align to AT&T’s product strategy, architectural standards, operational readiness, and long-term economic model.
What you’ll do
Lead product strategy and co-innovation efforts with hyperscalers, ISVs, and ecosystem partners
Evaluate and prioritize joint product and platform opportunities
Define engagement guardrails to prevent bespoke or non-scalable partner solutions
Maintain a prioritized innovation pipeline driven by customer demand and platform value
Evaluate end-to-end technical architecture of joint product offers and platform initiatives
Assess integration impacts across APIs, OSS/BSS, network, cloud, data, and security layers
Define supported technical patterns and non-functional requirements
Identify scalability, lifecycle, and operational risks early
Translate validated concepts into engineering-ready requirements
Decide if and when initiatives enter the product roadmap
Drive standardization and eliminate one-off partner logic or manual workflows
Define pricing models, marketplace behavior, and billing integration requirements
Ensure operational readiness across ordering, provisioning, support, and billing
Hyperscaler-enabled and partner-integrated product offers
Platform capabilities supporting CSP, marketplace, API, AI, and vertical solutions
Product requirements, technical validation, and architectural alignment
Recommend go / no-go decisions for new product initiatives
Approve product roadmap entry based on technical and commercial readiness
Define platform and product standards and requirements to enable scale
Drive trade-off decisions balancing speed, risk, and sustainability
What you’ll need
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience in product management and development
Experience leading complex, platform-based products in B2B, telecom, SaaS, or cloud environments
Proven ability to work across product, engineering, sales, and operations teams
What you’ll bring
Experience working with hyperscalers and partner ecosystems
Background in API-first products, platform architectures, or OSS/BSS environments
Strong technical aptitude with ability to evaluate architecture and integration designs
Demonstrated success scaling products beyond pilots

Our Lead Product Management & Develop managers earn between $143,800 - $215,800. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
