WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
In this role, you will report into the Senior Manager, Product Line Management, North America Local Creation Apparel. You will work closely with Product Line Management peers and leaders across the team, partnering with Design and Development within a dedicated Apparel triad to shape product direction, drive clarity, and enable strong execution across the end-to-end product creation process.
You will work on Nike apparel across consumer groups and sports, with a strong focus on sportswear. You will maintain ownership of a dedicated product segment, leading work from early concept and briefing through seasonal execution and sell in. You will collaborate closely with cross functional partners, including Merchandising, Sales, and Global Product Creation teams, to ensure alignment to consumer needs, seasonal strategies, and marketplace opportunities.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a Lead Product Line Manager to join the North America Local Creation Apparel team. This role is ideal for an experienced product leader who brings strong product point of view, fluency in the North America consumer and marketplace, and the ability to lead complex product work with confidence and precision.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, strategic, and execution driven. You bring a passion and intuition for trend, sport, and culture, with a sharp understanding of how to create distinctive product for a specific consumer and marketplace segment. You are comfortable balancing the demands of growing both mindshare and market share while delivering product that feels relevant, meaningful, and clearly differentiated.
You thrive in fast paced environments and are known for delivering clear, compelling briefs that enable Design and Development partners to do their best work. You move with urgency and accuracy, bring structure to ambiguity, and hold yourself to a high standard of operational excellence. This role requires a high degree of partnership and alignment across teams, with the ability to bring stakeholders together around shared priorities and deliver well integrated outcomes.
You are a polished and effective communicator, comfortable navigating complexity and competing priorities in service of the consumer and the business. Experience working with large wholesale retailers is strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Merchandising, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
6+ years of relevant experience in apparel product creation, product line management, merchandising, or a related discipline
Fluency in the North America apparel consumer and marketplace, with strong intuition for trend, sport, culture, and emerging insights
Proven experience owning a dedicated product segment end-to-end and delivering consumer led product at speed
Experience working with large wholesale retailers and cross functional partners
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex workflows
Confidence translating strategy into clear briefs, tools, and direction for cross functional partners
Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and drive alignment toward shared outcomes
Polished communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Passion for continuous improvement and elevating both product outcomes and ways of working
Comfort operating in ambiguity while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and accountability

You will translate consumer insight, trend, and seasonal priorities into clear product direction and briefs, working closely with Design and Development to deliver compelling, timely product for the North America consumer.
You will play a critical role in driving excellence across the product creation process—ensuring details are accurate, timelines are met, and outputs are clear and actionable. You will contribute to presentations, collaborative working sessions, and ongoing process and tool evolution, while maintaining strong accountability for quality and delivery. This role requires sound judgment, strong cross functional partnership, and the ability to balance speed with rigor.
