Role Overview
The Product Delivery Lead enables predictable, high-quality delivery of applications and technical projects across the Products & Technology division. Reporting to the Manager of Product Delivery & Enablement, this role combines delivery analytics, team coaching, and planning ceremony coordination to help teams deliver on time. The ideal candidate is equal parts Agile Delivery Lead and Program Manager, with a strong ability to leverage data to steer teams in the right direction. Delivery Forecasting
Collect and analyze team performance metrics (velocity, throughput, cycle time, WIP limits, etc.) to generate reliable delivery forecasts
Build and maintain dashboards providing real-time visibility into initiative progress, risks, and capacity
Translate data into actionable insights—identifying trends and bottlenecks before they impact commitments
Develop projection models accounting for scope changes, capacity fluctuations, and historical patterns
Identify systemic issues (dependency bottlenecks, process inefficiencies, capacity constraints) and recommend mitigation strategies
Support retrospectives and continuous improvement with data-driven analysis
Champion practices that improve predictability and efficiency while reducing waste
Development Team Best Practices
Enforce standards for well-defined work (ensuring teams are adhering to best practices concerning user story writing, breaking down work, estimating, etc.)
Ensure consistent estimating practices across teams to enable reliable forecasting
Coach teams on backlog hygiene, acceptance criteria quality, and definition of done/ready
Identify and address practices that are not serving teams
Partner with Product Owners to embed consistent practices across teams
Support onboarding for new team members on delivery expectations, tooling, and ways of working
Tooling Mastery
Demonstrate a high degree of proficiency with the Atlassian suite (especially Jira)
Leverage advanced Jira features including Roadmaps, automation rules, custom workflows, and reporting to maximize team efficiency
Ensure tooling and its configuration supports accurate tracking, forecasting, and transparency across initiatives.
Connect the dots between team processes and tooling configuration so that clean data can be collected and used for accurate forecasting
Identify and implement tooling improvements that streamline delivery processes
Project Management Partnership
Partner closely with traditional Project Managers to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery
Oversee and report on development progress while your Project Manager colleagues coordinate the supporting functions (Communications, Policy, Legal, etc.) and ensure no gaps or dependencies between any group becomes a delivery blocker
Experience & Skills
5+ years of experience working with product teams in a development / programming environment, ideally in an Agile Delivery Lead, Product Owner, or Program manager capacity
Jira proficiency, including Roadmaps, automation, custom workflows, dashboards, and reporting
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience using delivery metrics to drive decisions and forecasts
Experience planning and facilitating workshops, planning sessions, or large-scale team and org events
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Experience with AI tools for problem solving, automation, or data analysis is considered an added bonus

The expected salary range for this position is $86,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year, prorated based on the term of the contract.
You may also be eligible to receive an annual Incentive Award pursuant to our Short-term Incentive plan and our Long-Term Incentive plan (if applicable), and to participate in our group benefits and retirement plans – details on these elements of compensation are included within OMERS & Oxford offer letters.
