Lead, Product Costing

You will be responsible for the following: 

• Understand the product lifecycle and activities related to producing and serving the product

• In charge of maintaining product costing framework including improvement initiatives to the cost accounting model, managing efficient process, and ensuring proper documentation

• Run periodic Product P&L, analyze and interpret results as part of month-end activities and prepare related reports for management and other cross functional teams.

• Support annual budgeting process in the preparation of Product, Business unit, and Entity budgets

• Perform cost analysis based on the product lifecycle to determine:

- Cost to produce the product

- Cost to serve the customers

- Cost to retain the customer

• Support activities to determine product unit cost as input for business cases, product P&L and transfer pricing

• Identify areas for cost improvement and work closely with cost center owners to improve cost

• Other ad hoc analysis and tasks as required

We are looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Management or Finance

• With more than 3 years’ experience in a related field (corporate finance, investor relations, treasury, budget/accounting, audit, etc.)

• Candidate must be results driven and a team player

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Dexterity with spreadsheet manipulation and Google Slides are essential

• Preferably with working experience in SAP

• CPA is a plus, but not required
