Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a PR and media relations professional with 8–10+ years of experience who understands how modern B2B visibility is built.

This role is ideal for someone who has worked closely with journalists, editors, event organizers, and B2B publications across the US and North America region, and knows how to position leadership narratives in a way that earns attention.

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Strong in media relations and PR strategy
  • Confident managing executive visibility and speaking opportunities
  • Skilled at identifying the right platforms, events, and industry forums
  • Comfortable driving both strategy and hands-on execution
  • Able to build compelling story angles grounded in business relevance.

What kind of work will you be doing?

PR Strategy & Brand Visibility

  • Develop and execute our PR and media visibility strategy with a strong focus on the US and North America market.
  • Build a structured annual PR roadmap aligned to brand priorities, campaigns, and leadership messaging.
  • Identify key narrative opportunities to position the organization as a credible voice across revenue operations, GTM strategy, and B2B growth.

Media Relations & Coverage Development

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and contributors across relevant North American B2B publications.
  • Own outreach efforts including pitching story ideas, leadership commentary, contributed articles, and industry POVs.
  • Secure high-quality media coverage across platforms that matter to our target audience.
  • Track editorial calendars and proactively align pitches with market conversations and news cycles.

Executive Thought Leadership & Speaking Opportunities

  • Identify and manage speaking opportunities for the org leadership across conferences, webinars, podcasts, and B2B industry forums.
  • Support leadership positioning through messaging development, speaker briefs, and pitch submissions.
  • Build a pipeline of high-impact visibility opportunities aligned to business and marketing goals.
  • Coordinate internal approvals and scheduling for leadership participation.

Events, Awards & Industry Presence

  • Identify relevant industry events, award programs, and high-value forums where we should be present.
  • Own event planning and coordination from a PR/visibility perspective (not just logistics).
  • Manage award submissions, nominations, and strategic participation opportunities.
  • Work with internal teams to align event presence with campaigns and broader brand strategy.

Content Development & PR Enablement

  • Develop press releases, media kits, executive bios, company boilerplates, and PR messaging assets.
  • Support external communications with strong storytelling, sharp messaging, and clear differentiation.
  • Collaborate with internal content and design teams to create supporting assets for PR amplification.

Measurement & Reporting

  • Track PR performance and visibility metrics including coverage quality, share of voice, audience relevance, and media reach.
  • Build monthly and quarterly reporting dashboards highlighting outcomes, learnings, and next steps.
  • Continuously refine PR strategy based on performance and industry movement.

What you will need to succeed?

  • 8–10+ years of experience in PR, communications, or media relations, preferably in B2B or technology industries.
  • Strong existing experience working with US / North America media and publications.
  • Proven ability to secure media coverage, contributed articles, interviews, and speaking opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of B2B platforms, editorial expectations, and how to craft compelling story angles.
  • Excellent writing skills, including experience drafting press releases, pitch emails, and executive messaging.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, especially working with senior leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, and external relationships.
