Position Overview

Lead and deliver piping engineering services for capital investment and improvement projects from proposal to commissioning. Direct internal/external piping engineering teams to achieve project quality, cost, and schedule targets under EM and PM guidance.

Critical Responsibilities

• Lead piping discipline development in capital projects, managing schedules, cost estimates, quality control, and construction supervision according to relevant standards.
• Develop comprehensive design basis including piping specifications, 3D modeling guidelines, layout planning, and technical documentation.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring effective interface management and coordination with technical experts, operations, and maintenance teams.
• Oversee bid evaluations, change management, and technical documentation while providing engineering support throughout project lifecycle.

Requirements

Education：

• Bachelor's degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Chemical Equipment Engineering from renowned university

Core skills：

• Minimum 8 years of piping design experience in chemical/petrochemical industry and built up the know how in the area of basic, detail engineering, field engineering and commissioning support.
• Proficient in Smartplant 3D, Smartplant Review, and basic piping stress calculation/material knowledge
• Comprehensive knowledge of national and international piping standards
• Strong project management and leadership capabilities

Language Proficiency Fluent in written and spoken English with technical vocabulary
