Lead daily pit operations to ensure safe, efficient material production
Coordinate workflow, equipment usage, and task assignments for pit personnel
Monitor product quality and adjust processes to maintain operational standards
Support equipment troubleshooting and communicate maintenance needs
Promote a strong safety culture through consistent guidance and oversight
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and coordinate work in a production environment
Strong commitment to safety practices and continuous improvement
Capability to operate and understand heavy equipment used in pit operations
Effective communication skills to support teamwork and operational clarity
Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
$32-$35 per hour
