About the Role
As an HR Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our people experience work every day - both strategically and operationally. You’ll be a hands-on, onsite partner supporting the people experience and the day-to-day operations of the business. This role blends strategic HR partnership with strong operational execution, working closely with leaders and employees to ensure people programs, processes, and practices run smoothly and scale effectively.

You’ll be a trusted advisor, a problem-solver, and a visible on-site presence—connecting people strategy to real-world execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to align people strategies with business and operational goals.
  • Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and team effectiveness.
  • Serve as a visible, onsite presence for employees and managers, supporting real-time needs and fostering strong relationships.
  • Support day-to-day people operations as a primary onsite point of contact for managers and employees.
  • Provide hands-on support for employee relations matters with a practical, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Collaborate with the Global People team to implement and operationalize company-wide initiatives, programs, and policies.
  • Support operational needs that intersect with people processes, including onboarding logistics, staffing coordination, process optimization, and change management.
  • Use data and insights to identify trends, risks, operational gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Serve as a cultural ambassador, ensuring company values are reflected in daily operations and ways of working.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a similar people-focused role.
  • Strong comfort working onsite in a hands-on, highly visible capacity.
  • Experience balancing strategic partnership with operational execution.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Sound judgment and confidence navigating employee relations and operational challenges.
  • Working knowledge of employment practices, compliance, and policy application.
  • A continuous-improvement mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
