Job Profile Summary:
This role will lead the definition of the Operations Strategy, define analytics use cases that unlock business value, and manage strategic budgeting with a focus on expense optimization. Individual should be passionate about insurance operations and shaping operational excellence.
As a key collaborator, the individual will work proactively with business owners from the three core areas (Health, Life, and Employee Benefits), group functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to establish a fully aligned operating model.
Job Description:
Operations Strategy & Transformation:
- Define the operations strategic roadmap including cross departmental initiatives delivery
- Identify critical success strategies including engaging with external parties such as payment solution vendors, reinsurers, external vendors for innovative solutions to address operations problem statements
- Lead the planning of critical regional projects including budget and benefit definition
- Partner with senior stakeholders to define scope, success metrics, and change management strategies
- Ensure alignment across business units and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional senior leadership and teams to define the future state of the organization and key components of the target operating model
- Play the role of a strong collaboration across internal departments and external partners to ensure alignment, efficiency, and timely delivery of initiatives.
Analytics and AI use cases:
Be responsible for defining and implementing the analytics roadmap for Operations Division
Build
- Collaborate with Group Operations to define the Operations Analytics Roadmap, including a prioritization framework.
- Establish the Operations mandate by identifying and prioritizing Analytics and AI-enabled use cases that deliver measurable value.
- Develop a benefits case for each initiative, highlighting its commercial impact.
Partner with internal stakeholders (Technology teams, Subject Matter Experts) and external partners (vendors, reinsurers) to drive execution.
Run
- Generate actionable insights from analytics use cases and ensure models and frameworks are embedded into day-to-day operations.
- Promote data-driven storytelling across Operations to enhance decision-making.
- Coordinate with Group on required reporting related to Analytics and AI initiatives.
Strategic Budget Management:
- Own operational budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with financial goals
- Lead discussions with Human Resources & Finance Business Partners in relation to budget targets, investigation of variances to discuss intervention strategies
- Maintain the financial view of the portfolio of operations cost and benefits across local and regional initiatives
- Developing structured financial analysis and management reporting to support business decisions
- Provide executive-ready insights to support decision-making, including quarterly narrative on the cost to serve

Work Experiences:
- At least 6-10 years of background in operations management, project management and experience in supporting and leading operations teams and projects
- Proficient in SQL and Power BI
- Experience with process mining tools
- Strong data transformation capabilities
