Lean & Operational Excellence
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Lean‑Roadmap im Einklang mit der Werks‑ und Unternehmensstrategie
- Einführung, Standardisierung und Auditierung von Lean‑Methoden (z. B. 5S, VSM, Standard Work, Kaizen, SMED, TPM)
- Leitung von kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsinitiativen (KVP) mit messbaren Business‑Effekten
- Identifikation und Eliminierung von Verschwendung entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette
Performance & KPI‑Management
- Analyse und Verbesserung von OEE, Durchlaufzeiten, Taktzeiten, Beständen und Produktivität.
- Aufbau transparenter Performance‑Boards und Daily‑Management‑Strukturen (SQDCP)
- Sicherstellung nachhaltiger Ergebnissicherung (Standards, Follow‑up, Audits)
Projekt‑ & Change‑Management
- Leitung bereichsübergreifender Lean‑ und Transformationsprojekte
- Moderation von Workshops (Kaizen, Problemlösung, Wertstromdesign)
- Aktive Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen und Kulturwandel im Shopfloor
Coaching & Befähigung
- Schulung und Coaching von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden in Lean‑Prinzipien
- Aufbau interner Lean‑Kompetenz (Green / Black Belt‑Ansätze)
- Sparringspartner für Management und Mitarbeiter für Verbesserungen
Schnittstellen & Governance
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Logistik, Qualität, Engineering und Supply Chain
- Austausch mit regionalen / globalen OpEx‑Netzwerken
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner Standards und Methodenrichtlinien
Qualifikation & Erfahrung
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Lean Management / Operational Excellence im industriellen Umfeld (idealerweise Automotive)
- Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Umsetzung von Lean‑Initiativen
- Erfahrung in Shopfloor‑naher Arbeit und Veränderungsprojekten
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Lean‑Methoden und Problemlösung (A3, 5‑Why, Ishikawa, PDCA, 5S, TPM etc.)
- Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt wünschenswert
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations‑ und Moderationsfähigkeit
- Hohe Durchsetzungsstärke gepaart mit Coaching‑Mentalität
- Analytisches Denken, Strukturstärke, Hands‑on‑Mentalität
- Deutsch fließend, Englisch verhandlungssicher
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, KPI‑ und ggf. visual‑Management‑Tools
