Lead Sales & Product Specialist – CT (Computed Tomography)
Join GE Healthcare as Lead Sales & Product Specialist for CT (Computed Tomography) to drive commercial success, product positioning, and market development across Russia and CIS.
This is a hybrid role combining sales leadership, product expertise, and market strategy. You will work in a highly competitive and regulated healthcare environment, supporting both public and private sector customers.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Commercial Execution
- Manage the full sales cycle for CT equipment: opportunity qualification, solution design, pricing, tenders, negotiations, and deal closure
- Deliver sales targets, order intake, and margin objectives across the assigned territory
- Support strategic and large‑scale projects, including multi‑product and integrated solutions
- Work closely with sales teams and partners in the field to drive deal success
Product & Clinical Expertise
- Act as a CT product expert, clearly explaining technical features and clinical value to customers
- Support customer meetings, site visits, and reference sites
- Collaborate with clinical and application specialists to ensure optimal customer solutions
Market, Competitive & Strategic Analysis
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Conduct competitor and win/loss analysis and translate insights into commercial actions
- Support pricing, positioning, and go‑to‑market strategy development
Marketing & Promotion
- Support product launches and ongoing promotional activities
- Participate in conferences, exhibitions, workshops, and educational events
- Contribute to development of value propositions, presentations, and promotional materials
Key Opinion Leaders & Partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, distributors, and key opinion leaders
- Support educational initiatives, clinical collaborations, and expert engagement
Training & Knowledge Sharing
- Deliver product and solution training for sales teams, partners, and new employees
- Conduct in‑person and virtual training sessions, including webinars
Tender & Regulatory Support
- Support public and private tenders and strategic procurement projects
- Work with tender documentation and regulatory requirements, including federal procurement laws (44 – ФЗ , 223 - ФЗ)
- Interact with regulatory and oversight bodies when required
Requirements
Education
- Medical degree or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a technical or engineering field
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in medical equipment sales, product management, or a similar role
- Strong hands‑on expertise in CT modality
- Proven experience with tenders and regulatory processes in healthcare
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and other data‑driven tools
