• Track, analyze, and synthesize intelligence across cyber, fraud, geopolitical, and physical threat domains to develop metrics, insights, and trend analysis for mid- to senior-level leadership.
• Share intelligence and operational insights across the Global Fusion Center network, ensuring alignment with global standards while incorporating regional threat context and Asia-Pacific considerations.
• Collaborate closely with trusted public-sector partners—including law enforcement, government agencies, and multilateral organizations—as well as private-sector partners to enhance intelligence sharing and collective defense.
• Contribute to the continuous maturity of Fusion Center capabilities across governance, people, processes, and technology to support integrated cyber defense and enterprise resilience.
• Support the planning and execution of large-scale preparedness initiatives, including Threatcasting exercises and threat briefings, to strengthen organizational readiness.
• Partner with analysts, operations, and leadership across the global fusion network to ensure timely escalation, coordination, and dissemination of actionable intelligence.
• Serve as a trusted intelligence advisor, helping stakeholders understand emerging threats, assess risk, and make informed, balanced decisions.
• Protect Mastercard, its people, and the global payments ecosystem by delivering intelligence that drives real-world impact.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, listening, and facilitation skills, with the ability to convey complex intelligence clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, with strong ability to develop compelling visuals, metrics, and executive-ready materials.
• Strong judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess ambiguous threat information and make sound recommendations.
• A demonstrated commitment to fostering a culture of decency, collaboration, and teamwork.
• Experience engaging with senior-level stakeholders and mentoring or guiding other analysts.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential intelligence with discretion and professionalism.
• Demonstrated expertise in anticipating threats and risks, articulating their relevance to stakeholders, and recommending pragmatic, balanced courses of action.
• Knowledge in at least two of the following areas: Fusion Center operations, Security Operations Centers (SOC), Threat Intelligence, Incident Response, Network Security, Forensics, Vulnerability Management, Risk Management, or Business Operations.
• A clear mission-driven focus on protecting Mastercard, its employees, customers, and the global payments ecosystem.
• Experience creating high-quality presentations, developing metrics and visuals from diverse data sources, and coordinating briefings, meetings, or events.
• A continuous-improvement mindset, with a desire to enhance Fusion Center processes, workflows, and intelligence outputs.
• Proactive in building strong working relationships with internal partners and external public-sector and private-sector stakeholders.
• Skilled at explaining technical and intelligence concepts succinctly, accurately, and confidently.
