Position Summary You will lead marketing excellence for our India teams. You will design and deliver capability programs, improve marketing processes, and partner with commercial, medical, and HR colleagues. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Develop and implement a marketing excellence strategy that aligns with local business priorities. - Design and deliver blended learning and capability programs for marketing teams, including digital, brand, and insight skills. - Partner with business leaders to translate marketing priorities into measurable plans and clear KPIs. - Use marketing data and tools to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements. - Introduce and manage practical processes, templates, and governance to raise quality and compliance. - Coach and mentor marketing colleagues and work with external agencies to deliver high-quality outputs. Responsibilities - Lead cross-functional projects to embed best practice across marketing and commercial teams. - Build practical playbooks and toolkits that make daily marketing work easier and more consistent. - Run workshops and training sessions that focus on on-the-job skills and behaviour change. - Track performance using agreed metrics and report progress to stakeholders. - Support onboarding and induction for new marketing hires to speed up their impact. - Promote a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and inclusion across teams. Why you? Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related discipline. - 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing, marketing operations, or marketing capability roles. - Hands-on experience in designing and delivering training or capability programs. - Strong familiarity with digital marketing, brand planning, and market insight methods. - Good analytical skills with experience using marketing metrics and reporting tools. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, in-person and virtual. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Master’s degree or professional certification in marketing or related area. - Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated industry. - Experience with marketing technology tools, CRM, or marketing automation platforms. - Proven track record of change management and implementing new ways of working. - Strong facilitation skills for virtual and face-to-face learning sessions. - Experience working with external creative or learning agencies. Working arrangement This role is hybrid with a requirement to be on site regularly in India for collaboration and workshops. Exact days on site will be agreed with the hiring manager.
