As a Lead Marketer, Field Marketing in France, you will be the primary marketing liaison for regional sales and customer success teams while executing high-impact in-person and virtual events that drive pipeline growth. Being part of the EMEA Marketing team's Field Marketing function, your primary responsibility will be to own all event execution in France while serving as the regional pod champion.

A key component of this role is hands-on event management, from third-party sponsorships to HubSpot-owned events, while maintaining daily collaboration with France sales and customer success leaders. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Field Marketing EMEA, you will lead your regional pod (working alongside Revenue Marketing and Integrated Marketing colleagues) to ensure unified execution on campaigns and continuous market intelligence sharing.

You will be the boots-on-the-ground marketer who brings marketing programs to life in France through events, customer programs, and direct sales enablement.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute all in-person events for HubSpot-owned events in France, including Connect events, Engage events, Delight events, Exchange programs, and manage third-party event sponsorships.
  • Serve as daily marketing contact for France sales teams, managing event invitation processes, coordinating sales participation, and maintaining SLA commitments.
  • Drive speaker recruitment, customer panel coordination, and overall participation in events for awareness building.
  • Coordinate regional pod activities, ensuring Revenue Marketing and Integrated Marketing colleagues have local market insights and sales alignment for their programs.
  • Produce localised content for events, including presentation materials, booth assets, and promotional collateral adapted for French-speaking audiences.
  • Manage logistics for all field activations, including prospect lunches, brand moments, and regional sales events.
  • Track and report subregional performance on deals, pipeline, and MRR generated through field marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in hands-on event execution and field marketing within B2B SaaS environments.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with sales teams, with the ability to work collaboratively in SLA-driven models.
  • Exceptional project management and logistics coordination abilities for managing multiple simultaneous events.
  • Experience building speaker programs and recruiting executive speakers.
  • Native French fluency with excellent English for cross-regional collaboration.
  • Comfortable being the regional "operator" who ensures programs execute flawlessly on the ground.
  • Self-starter with ability to manage vendor relationships, venue coordination, and event production details.
  • Data-oriented with the ability to track event performance and pipeline attribution.
  • We welcome diverse perspectives and encourage applicants to apply even if their experiences don't perfectly align with every requirement.
