Position Overview
As a strategic business leader, you will identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities for AT&T. Your work will span market research, building strategic alliances, and shaping initiatives that expand our reach and drive business growth—including supporting the AT&T Trade-in Program to foster channel partnerships and enhance customer experiences.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Planning & Execution:
Craft and deliver comprehensive strategies—both short and long-term—to drive market expansion and achieve business goals. You’ll lead initiatives for both new and existing products, services, and verticals.
AT&T Trade-in Program Support:
Drive the success of the AT&T Trade-in Program by building and strengthening channel partnerships, increasing program adoption, and continuously enhancing the customer experience.
Program & Project Management:
Lead the design, rollout, and analysis of key strategic programs. You’ll oversee launch and communication plans at both national and market levels, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Partnership & Alliance Management:
Build and nurture strategic partnerships and alliances. Negotiate terms, enhance market presence, and drive revenue while continuously assessing partner needs and business drivers.
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct in-depth market research and data analysis to inform decision-making, refine strategies, and boost program effectiveness. This includes competitive analysis and monitoring market trends.
Compliance & Cross-functional Collaboration:
Ensure regulatory compliance and collaborate with teams across marketing, operations, and technology to drive results and foster innovation.
What You Bring:
Deep expertise and broad knowledge, recognized as a subject matter expert in your field.
A proven ability to creatively solve complex challenges and influence strategic decisions at the executive level.
Experience leading significant projects with autonomy and mentoring less experienced colleagues.
Strong collaboration skills, working frequently with senior leadership to implement long-term plans that shape the organization’s future.
Supervisor Responsibilities:
This role does not have direct reports.
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
Our Lead Market Development earns between $128,400 - $192,600 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
