Lead, L2 Support Engineer

Who you’ll be working with:

If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you!

You will be responsible for the following:

• Perform deployment, monitoring, maintenance and support of data infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data operations processes, standards, and procedures.
• Respond to data related incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing impact on business operations.
• Perform root cause analysis for data issues and implement corrective action plans to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor the performance of data platforms, identifying and addressing bottlenecks and performance issues.

We’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree holder of any Computer related course. With Minimum of 4 years related experience.
• Experience working with SQL required.
• Experience working with Enterprise Data Warehouse platforms required.
• Experience working with Python is preferred.
• Experience with cloud data platforms preferred (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud)
