We are seeking an experienced IT Enterprise Architect to join our innovative CEE Technology & Strategy team. This pivotal role is responsible for evaluating and optimizing our technology investments to seamlessly align with business objectives.
As the IT Enterprise Architect, you will lead technology evaluations, manage risks, and engage stakeholders to ensure that our technological advancements are impactful and strategically aligned with our goals.
Strategic Planning: Develop and refine IT strategic and tactical plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Enterprise Architecture Development: Continually evolve and enhance the enterprise architecture framework based on best practices and feedback.
Technology Evaluation: Lead the evaluation and decision-making processes for new technology solutions, considering total cost of ownership (TCO) and return on investment (RoI).
Risk Management: Collaborate with cybersecurity and risk management teams to identify and address risks associated with emerging technologies.
Application Management: Oversee the application portfolio, promoting rationalization, modernization, and effective cost management.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication skills and the ability to influence outcomes.
In-depth understanding of enterprise architecture tools and methodologies, including experience with platforms like ServiceNow and/or LeanIX.
Strong expertise in application and service management, cloud platforms, cybersecurity principles, application integration and data management
Familiarity with technology management best practices (such as ITIL), compliance frameworks or standards (ISO standards, COBIT or similar) and regulations (EU acts, GDPR and so).
Demonstrated ability to engage with and influence stakeholders effectively, with excellent communication and networking skills.
Enthusiasm for adopting and integrating emerging technology trends into strategic planning.
Commitment to continuous professional development, including relevant training and certifications.
Certifications in IT Enterprise Architecture or related areas are welcome
