JOB TITLE: Lead Integrator
SALARY: £76,194 - £89,640
LOCATION(S): Manchester
HOURS: Full-time

What you’ll be doing
Hive is a newly established lab at the forefront of innovation, focused on shaping the future of operations through agentic capabilities and advanced AI. It brings together product, engineering and data expertise to design, build and scale agentic capabilities that deliver real operational impact. Our ambition is to reimagine how the organisation works, delivering smarter and more efficient outcomes for both customers and colleagues.
As Lead Integrator, you’ll operate within the Hive Lab, joining up delivery across multiple product and platform teams. A core part of the role is enabling AI agents to integrate effectively with backend systems, services and data, shaping how APIs and platform capabilities are exposed and consumed.
You’ll coordinate dependencies between Hive and teams external to the Lab, including other Labs and Platforms, Group Executive Functions and third‑party partners. This includes supporting complex and higher‑risk change where multiple teams, systems and suppliers need to work together.
The role has a strong focus on AI delivery and governance. You’ll work closely with platform teams to handle technical dependencies across legacy and modern estates, and in close alignment with the Chief Data and Analytics Office to ensure AI solutions follow Responsible AI principles and progress through Model Risk and assurance processes.
Hive has several delivery strands, and you’ll be key in ensuring effective delivery by challenging to ensure pace and co-ordination across multiple feature teams.
