JOB TITLE: Lead Integrator

SALARY: £76,194 - £94,000 per annum

LOCATION: Leeds, Manchester, Bristol

HOURS: Full-time – 35 hours

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at our Leeds, Manchester or Bristol office.

Exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Integrator to join our Consumer Relationships Platform to lead IT infrastructure delivery while acting as a key connector between business platforms and technology teams. This role combines strategic leadership, operational delivery, and relationship management to ensure alignment between infrastructure priorities and business platform objectives.

What you’ll do…

  • Infrastructure Delivery Leadership
    • Manage and deliver outcomes for a portfolio of IT infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and compliance standards.

    • Develop innovative solutions by integrating and analysing complex and diverse information sources.

    • Coordinate across multiple teams to create medium- and long-term work schedules that support business plans and infrastructure roadmaps.

    • Oversee supplier performance and ensure service levels are met across a portfolio of contracts, including negotiating SLAs.

  • Platform Engagement & Change Management
    • Act as the face of Change for Business Platforms, engaging directly with Platform Leads and Technology Leads to ensure alignment and prioritisation.

    • Account-manage demand across feature teams within labs, working with Leads to prioritise backlogs and assess IT impact.

    • Drive continuous improvement through lessons learnt from IT Change and Service Management practices.

  • Strategic Relationship Management
    • Build, own, and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including senior colleagues, platform teams, and strategic suppliers.

    • Act as a senior source of professional expertise and escalation point for troubleshooting and resolution within the lab environment.

  • Governance & Compliance
    • Assist in designing and implementing compliance programmes, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

    • Liaise with regulators and supervise compliance activities where required.

  • People Leadership & Development
    • Set medium-term objectives and implement performance management systems for the team.

    • Take responsibility for formal development frameworks and coach others across the organisation.

    • Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration within a Guild of Business Platform Connectors.

What you’ll need…

  • Proven experience in IT infrastructure delivery and portfolio management.

  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and delivery roadmap planning.

  • Excellent partner and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and resolve issues.

  • Experience managing third-party suppliers and negotiating service level agreements.

  • Structured, proactive, and professional communication style.

  • Team leadership and people development experience.

  • Ability to integrate complex information and develop innovative solutions.

  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks.

  • Ideally, familiarity with Group CIO organisation and shared services.
