Are you a dynamic facilitator who thrives on delivering high-impact training that drives product adoption and elevates the learner experience for customers, partners, and colleagues? Do you enjoy translating complex enterprise workflows into clear, role-based learning experiences that help professionals perform at their best? Are you excited to lead engaging virtual and in-person sessions that empower learners to confidently adopt new technology and workflows? If so, we invite you to be a part of our innovative team.
As a Lead Instructor on Ridgeline’s Education Services team, you will deliver high-impact virtual and in-person training for colleagues, customers, and external partner audiences. In this highly visible role, you will influence learner satisfaction, certification outcomes, product adoption, and overall perception of Ridgeline’s people and platform. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to continuously improve training experiences, translate real-world workflows into effective learning journeys, and ensure learners walk away confident and capable. You’ll also leverage cutting-edge technologies—including AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude Code—to enhance training preparation, synthesize feedback, and improve the overall efficiency and quality of our learning programs.
At Ridgeline, how we work matters as much as what we build. Ridgeliners act like owners, choose growth over comfort, and communicate with transparency. We assume positive intent, bias toward action, and bring solutions—not just problems. We celebrate wins, learn from setbacks, and thrive in a resilient, collaborative, high-performing culture.
If this excites you, we’d love to meet you.
