Major Duties:
Qualifications: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or NH-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying Information Technology principles and practices while utilizing applications such as Microsoft Reporting Services, Microsoft Query Language (SQL), and demonstrating mastery knowledge of applications software, data management, and systems analysis. 1. Attention to Detail Conducts thorough analyses of system requirements, business processes, and security risks to ensure accurate specifications, proper implementation, and compliance with organizational policies. 2. Customer Service Collaborates with stakeholders to identify needs, provide solutions, resolve technical issues, and support teams, ensuring effective and professional assistance throughout project lifecycles. 3. Oral Communication Conveys technical information, recommendations, and project updates to leadership, stakeholders, and team members through presentations, briefings, and collaborative discussions. 4. Problem Solving Identifies technical and operational challenges, evaluates alternatives through feasibility studies and risk assessments, and implements solutions that improve system performance and security.
