Lead Human Resources Partner – Career Catalyst Program Overview


SEL’s Learning and Development Department is excited to introduce the Career Catalyst program, designed to help current SEL employees grow their careers through exposure, experiences, and education. This program will provide opportunities to build foundational technical skills, build connections within SEL, and strengthen personal development through soft skill courses.

We are seeking a Lead Human Resources Partner to collaborate with leaders, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to implement this initiative. In this role, you will collaborate with technical experts, leaders, and HR partners to create career growth opportunities that align with employee interests and organizational needs. You’ll play a key role in shaping a program that empowers employees to explore new opportunities and prepare for future roles within SEL.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate and implement the Career Catalyst program, including frameworks for development and delivery of the program.

  • Partner with technical experts and leaders to identify growth areas and build career pipelines for employees interested in advancing within SEL.

  • Create scalable resources and tools that support career development across multiple disciplines.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure program alignment with organizational goals and evolving workforce needs.

  • Gather and apply feedback from employees, leaders, and program participants to continuously improve the program.

  • Make data visible for leaders and stakeholders to empower them with information necessary for business decisions and understanding program success.

Salary Range Data

We anticipate filling this position as a Human Resources Generalist $86,000 - $128,000 per year. We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the pay range may differ if filled at a different level. Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
