Job Summary
Synechron is seeking an experienced and strategic Lead HR professional to oversee all human resources operations within the organization. In this leadership role, you will develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs to support the company's growth, culture, and operational excellence. Your expertise will influence employee engagement, compliance, and organizational effectiveness, contributing directly to business objectives and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace environment.
Software Requirements
Required Skills:
Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or ADP (experience with multiple platforms preferred)
Strong MS Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with experience in data analysis and reporting
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with HR analytics tools and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Experience with HR automation and digital onboarding platforms
Overall Responsibilities
Lead and manage all HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and organizational development.
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with overall company goals and compliance requirements.
Oversee employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution, career development, and legal compliance.
Monitor HR metrics and data to evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Ensure HR practices adhere to local and international employment laws and industry standards.
Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership to anticipate HR needs and develop future-oriented strategies.

Human Resources Processes & Technologies
Required: In-depth knowledge of HR processes, policies, and procedures, including performance management, employee engagement, and compliance
Preferred: Experience with advanced HRIS platforms, HR analytics, and automation tools

Required: Ability to analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR strategies

Experience Requirements
A minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive HR experience, with significant leadership responsibilities
Proven success leading HR initiatives such as talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management in dynamic, fast-paced environments
Experience in industries with complex operations or global footprints is advantageous
Demonstrated ability to implement HR strategies that support organizational growth and change management
Alternative pathways: Candidates with extensive HR leadership experience in related sectors or large organizational contexts may be considered, regardless of specific industry focus
Day-to-Day Activities
Supervise the HR team, providing leadership, mentorship, and support on daily HR functions
Drive the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with business goals
Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and engagement initiatives
Partner with hiring managers to attract, select, and onboard top talent
Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness
Ensure HR compliance across all company locations and maintain documentation in line with legal standards
Analyze HR data, prepare reports to inform leadership decisions, and recommend improvements
Facilitate training sessions and workshops on HR policies, legal compliance, and organizational development
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) are preferred
Proven experience leading HR teams and initiatives at a strategic level
Continuous learning and professional development in HR best practices, employment law, and leadership skills
