Position Summary

Amplity is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Leader to spearhead the transformation of our lead generation strategy. This leader will drive impact by enhancing Amplity’s overall lead generation capabilities while focusing on achieving annual revenue and technology integration objectives.

This role combines hands-on omnichannel business-to-business life sciences commercial and medical lead generation expertise with a range of key people, process, and technology related leadership responsibilities to enable sales and growth objectives. Collaboration with key stakeholders across the organization will be essential, including sales, marketing, and business leaders.

This leader will architect and operationalize a modern, technology enabled lead gen function that delivers measurable contribution to revenue through pipeline creation and qualified meetings. This leader will also lead a team to optimize performance and drive revenue growth.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

  • Develop and coach a high performing LeadGen team, providing guidance on outreach strategies, campaign execution, and performance metrics.
  • Inspire the team to adopt new methodologies and tools, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Monitor team performance and provide actionable feedback to enhance individual and collective results.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among Marketing, Sales Ops, Business Development, and LeadGen teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Lead Generation Execution:

  • Actively participate in lead generation activities, including outbound prospecting
  • Integrate the Salesforce Sales Engagement Module for omnichannel campaigns (email, calling, SMS, and LinkedIn messaging)
  • Drive the creation and execution of impactful omnichannel campaigns tailored to Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and target audiences.
  • Ensure follow-up on inbound leads generated by campaigns, qualifying opportunities, and preparing detailed briefing documents for Business Development handoff.
  • Develop and refine outreach scripts, email templates, and campaign messaging to maximize engagement and conversion rates.

Performance Measurement & Reporting:

  • Leverage real-time analytics and Salesforce dashboards to track campaign performance, contact quality, conversion rates, and overall impact.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to key stakeholders, recommending adjustments to optimize outreach strategies.
  • Ensure transparent communication of KPIs and performance metrics across the organization.

  • Technology Proficiency: Expertise in Salesforce Sales Engagement Module, ZoomInfo, RingLead, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other lead generation tools.

Education/Experience & Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • 5+ years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation in a B2B environment.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry with progressively increasing responsibilities in Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, or Business Development is a plus.
  • Experience leading a team with measured results.
  • Willingness to work in multiple time zones.
  • Proven track record of success in driving lead generation campaigns and implementing new tools or technologies in excess of $3M annually.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Sales Engagement Module and other CRM tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Residence in Eastern or Central time zone strongly preferred.

Working Conditions:

  • Remote work: occasional travel for conferences and team meetings as required.
