Strong understanding and hands-on experience in SEO, including keyword research, content optimisation and performance tracking.
Experience using analytics and performance data (e.g. GA4, Search Console, platform insights) to inform content and optimisation decisions.
Experience in digital content creation, including video production and editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
Strong storytelling and visual sense, with the ability to craft content that resonates with Gen Z and Gen A audiences.
Ability to translate institutional, school or campaign objectives into discoverable, high-performing digital content.
Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure content is aligned with campaign objectives, brand guidelines and performance goals.
A performance-driven mindset with curiosity to test, optimise and continuously improve content outcomes.
A creative, resourceful, and collaborative individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Monitor, engage and respond to conversations from various social media platforms and SP website.
The appointee may also perform the following tasks:
Contribute to SP’s digitalisation efforts, including strengthening SEO practices, content optimisation workflows and performance reporting.
Play an active supporting role in events, like the SP Open House, a major annual outreach event led by the Department of Communications.
Provide administrative or project support such as representing the department in internal and external project committees.
Be versatile to provide support across the various communications work streams, in addition to your primary and secondary roles.
[What we are looking for]
Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Media, Digital Marketing or other relevant disciplines.
At least 4-5 years of relevant experience in SEO, digital marketing or content optimisation roles.
Candidate will be offered a position that will commensurate with their years of experience.
People-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail and alignment to brand voice.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience in digital and social media marketing campaigns, with strong hands-on experience in SEO and content optimisation best practices.
Hands-on experience in video production and editing (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut) to produce creative, engaging content.
Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g. Meta Insights, GA4) and ability to derive actionable insights.
Innovative, creative, and energetic individual who enjoys experimenting with new content formats and thinking out of the box.
Social media savvy and enjoys keeping up with the latest trends.
Successful candidate will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance.
