Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Executive Assistant to lead and support our Vice Presidents and Senior Vice Presidents in Payments Technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for high-level calendar management, travel coordination with budget oversight, handling confidential information, contributing to special projects, and supporting junior executive assistants within the Business Unit/FunctionPrioritize and manage complex executive calendars, resolving scheduling conflicts and ensuring optimal time utilization and lead the team in right direction.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and other engagements with a focus on efficiency and strategic priorities.
Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, while staying within budget constraints.
Provide budget support for travel and expense activities, ensuring compliance with financial guidelines.
Handle confidential information and sensitive communications with the utmost discretion.
Maintain confidentiality in all matters related to executives and the organization.
Contribute to the planning of both virtual and in person meetings, training and events; coordinating logistics and providing support.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure successful execution of special initiatives.
Support the planning & organization of company meetings, events, and all associated logistics.
Foster a collaborative environment and share best practices to enhance overall team performance.
Prepare and review reports and presentations for senior management, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational standards.
Assist in creating compelling materials that effectively communicate key messages.
