WHAT YOU'LL DO:

The Equipment Technician will be responsible to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems (e.g., mechanical, electrical).  You will evaluate and recommend equipment improvements to enhance availability, capability and yield. You will perform equipment failure analyses, including preventive and unscheduled maintenance. You will troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems, and prepare technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance.  You will oversee the repairs calendar and parts ordering.

Responsibilities:

  • Repair and refurbish commercial dish machines
  • Remove and replace basic electrical and plumbing components on machines
  • Manage inventory of parts and machines returned to warehouse
  • Manage inventory space and build systems to streamline refurbishment process
  • Prepare shipments and deliveries of machine
  • Pick orders and collect parts necessary for repairs in warehouse
  • Order, forecast and maintain safety stock levels of parts and machine components for refurbishment department
  • Assist field team with repair solutions
  • Work with 3rd party suppliers and vendors

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Experience in light electrical and plumbing, general machinery repair.
  • Some warehouse, picker/packer experience.
  • Strong mechanical acumen.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or greater.
  • Ability to work well with a team.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $50,030.00 and 66,710.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
