  • Establish and enforce enterprise standards for scheduling, resource management processes, and health metrics in compliance with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) guidelines, Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) 14-point assessment, and customer-specific requirements (e.g., Integrated Program Management Report (iPMR), etc.).
  • Perform detailed schedule quality assessments, critical/driving path analysis, schedule risk assessments (SRA), Monte Carlo simulations, resource loading analysis, and resource leveling to optimize utilization and mitigate bottlenecks.
  • Identify, document, and drive resolution of schedule conflicts, logic gaps, resource overloading/underutilization, float erosion, and capacity shortfalls across the enterprise.
  • Serve as the primary interface to United States Government (USG) during program audits, and program reviews and baseline reviews.
  • Lead the creation and continuous improvement of the enterprise Schedule Network, Narrative, and Schedule Margin/Risk management framework.
  • Mentor and technically direct a team of schedulers; develop training and governance materials for both scheduling and resource management.
  • Collaborate closely with Program Management, Control Account Managers (CAMs), Finance, Contracts, Systems Engineering, and Supply Chain on schedule realism, EVM integrity, and resource forecasting.
