Develop user manuals, service manuals, and privacy/security documentation
Create documentation for anaesthesia devices and digital applications
Collaborate with engineering, V&V, and product teams
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Use CMS tools (Oxygen, Astoria) for structured authoring
Coordinate with vendors for printing, formatting, and translations
Focus on content accuracy, depth, and reducing rework
Support digital documentation initiatives
BE (Bachelor of Engineering) or BTech (Bachelor of Technology) degree is mandatory for this role
6+ years of experience in technical publications
Experience in regulated industries (medical, aviation, power, etc.)
Strong experience with CMS tools (Oxygen, Astoria)
Strong technical writing and communication skills
Experience in medical devices domain
Exposure to digital/web/mobile documentation
Familiarity with FrameMaker, InDesign, Illustrator
Experience with global teams and vendor coordination
Exposure to AI tools for documentation
